Preparation path

A calm sequence from first PDF to signed clarity

Employment consulting here is not a lecture. It is a short path that matches the document you hold — offer letter, salary discussion notes, or full contract draft — and ends with something you can use the same week.

Advisor and client reviewing documents together

The path at a glance

1. Document intake

You send the offer, draft contract, or interview notes. We confirm whether salary negotiation preparation, contract review preparation, or a short offer letter assessment fits best.

2. Pre-read

Before the live session we mark compensation gaps, probation language, overtime wording, and any mismatch with verbal promises you noted.

3. Live session

Rehearsal for salary talks, or a clause walkthrough for contracts. You practise questions out loud so the real conversation feels familiar.

4. Written brief

Within two business days you receive a negotiation one-pager or a clause checklist — something you can keep open while you type your reply.

5. Optional follow-up

If the employer returns with a counter-offer, a short check-in helps you decide whether another round is worth the goodwill.

What you should have ready

  • The latest offer letter or employment contract PDF
  • Any email threads that mention salary, remote days, or start date
  • Your own notes on non-negotiables (floor salary, vacation, location)
  • The acceptance or reply deadline, even if informal
