These terms govern your use of the website at https://devspherecloud.digital and enquiries for employment consulting services offered by Devspherecloud (“we”, “us”). By using this site you accept these terms.

Services described

Devspherecloud provides preparation-focused employment consulting in Germany, including salary negotiation preparation and employment contract review preparation. Descriptions on this site are informational. A binding engagement begins only when we confirm a session in writing and you accept the stated fee and schedule.

No legal representation

Consultations prepare you with questions, negotiation plans, and clause checklists. They do not constitute legal advice, attorney-client privilege, or representation before courts, authorities, or employers. Where a matter requires a licensed lawyer, we will say so; you remain responsible for obtaining that advice.

Accuracy of information you provide

You are responsible for the accuracy of documents and statements you share. We rely on those materials when preparing sessions and briefs.

Intellectual property

Website content, branding, and written briefs we produce for a session remain our intellectual property unless a written agreement states otherwise. You may use your personal brief for your own employment decisions. You may not republish site content or resell session materials.

Acceptable use

You must not misuse the site, attempt to disrupt its operation, submit unlawful content through forms, or impersonate another person when requesting a consultation.

Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the site or from employment decisions you make after a consultation. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under German law, including liability for intent or gross negligence, or for injury to life, body, or health.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany. Courts in the competent jurisdiction for Werne, Nordrhein-Westfalen, shall have jurisdiction where legally permitted, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections.
