Data we collect
- Contact details you submit (name, email, message, preferred date, selected consultation)
- Documents you voluntarily send for session preparation (offer letters, contract drafts, notes)
- Technical data such as browser type and approximate visit metrics if analytics cookies are accepted — see our cookie policy
Purposes and legal bases
We process enquiry data to respond to your request and, where you book a session, to deliver the consultation (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR). Site operation and security rely on legitimate interests (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). Optional analytics run only with consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR).
Retention
Enquiry messages are retained up to 24 months unless a longer period is required for accounting or legal claims. Session documents are kept for the duration of the engagement and ordinarily deleted or anonymised within 12 months after the final session, unless you ask us to retain them longer for follow-up support.
Recipients and international transfers
Hosting and email providers may process data on our behalf under processing agreements. If a provider stores data outside the European Economic Area, we use appropriate safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses where required.
Your rights
You may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, and objection where applicable under the GDPR. You may withdraw consent for optional cookies at any time without affecting prior lawful processing. You may lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority, including the Landesbeauftragte für Datenschutz und Informationsfreiheit Nordrhein-Westfalen.
